Jay Bugatti is going for gender reassignment surgery following approval from his boo.
The popular crossdresser, who constantly talks about his boo and refers to him as “my husband”, said he will finally undergo the surgery to change his sexual organs from that of a male to a female.
He wrote:
My boo finally accepted i go for transgender…So very soon i will be having a PUSSY!! WHAT A LOVELY BOO!
