The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) in Kaduna State has confirmed that Senator Shehu Sani is its flag bearer for the Kaduna Central senatorial race.

The state chairman of the party, Mataimaki Tom Maiyashi, said Senator Sani had been fully registered with the party at his Ward 6 in Tudun Wada in Kaduna South Local Government.

He said, “I wish to confirm that he is the candidate that will be contesting under our party for Kaduna Central Senatorial district. Although before the coming on board of Senator Shehu Sani somebody had already purchased form for the Kaduna Central senatorial ticket but on his own, he decided to step down. Senator Shehu Sani’s ideology has always been that of the PRP, so to us he has just come back home and we are happy he has returned”.
